St Richard’s Hospice is a local, independent, Worcestershire charity caring for people with cancer and other life threatening illnesses. Last year, more than 1800 patients and their families were supported free of charge. The charity relies on voluntary income and the goodwill of over 600 volunteers.

Our good friend Linda aka lincslady was cared for by this hospice in the last few weeks of her life. We would like to try and raise some much needed funds for them to carry on their good work.

  2. The pleasure is all ours organising the Blackpool meet and fundraising,i didn't really know Linda but the little i did,was a total delight and a pleasure.It's the very least we can do and we shall continue.

I only chatted with Linda a little but she made a big impression on me.......she was so caring and compassionate about what i was going through in my own battle with cancer and i didn't realise at that time that she was terminally ill herself.....she put my fears and worries to rest...she was so positive in her outlook..she was a beautiful, serene tender and caring lady who has left a legacy of love with the people who created this site (Barry and Debs) and all the people from Mfo who constantly try to raise funds in Linda's memory for such a worthwhile cause.....God Bless you Linda xx

    I think that anyone would be proud to be involved it what you and your monkeys lol are doing to raise money for this worthy cause. I also would encourage anyone who is asked to take part in the Calendarto do so because as the song goes!!!
